Our impact in Africa

We are looking to scale our solutions across Nigerian states and Sub-Saharan Africa. To date, we have piloted our flagship innovation, the Labulance, in primary healthcare centres across Abuja, Kano, and Jigawa, gathering critical user feedback and system insights. These learnings informed the development of Labulance 2.0, an improved version designed to serve a broader population and respond to a wider range of community health needs. Alongside Labulance, we deployed Mediboards and a Queue Management System (QMS) within hospital environments to address delays caused by manual processes and poor patient flow.

At the General Outpatient Department (GOPD), Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), patient waiting times before QMS ranged from 2–8 hours, with record service times of 15–45 minutes per patient. After implementation, early arriving patients were attended to within 0–30 minutes, and service time reduced to 2–20 minutes, alongside improved patient experience, organization, and staff efficiency.

In the Accident and Emergency (A&E) Unit at JUTH, Mediboards replaced fragmented, paper based tracking with live visibility of patient location, status, and care progression. This improved emergency coordination, reduced delays in decision-making, minimized misidentification, and allowed clinical teams to focus more on care delivery rather than paperwork. CareBridge, our referral management app, is currently undergoing pilot testing to validate performance and user experience.
